• Profit-Scanner helps Amazon sellers evaluate product profitability by processing supplier price lists and computing estimated profit using fees, VAT and other parameters.
• We are currently in MVP/early access; features may change or be discontinued.

2. Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• Where our Service integrates with third‑party APIs (e.g., Amazon), you must comply with those third‑party terms.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to breach security, scrape without permission, or violate any applicable laws.
• You must have rights to any data you upload.

4. Data

• You retain ownership of your uploaded files. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.
• We apply reasonable safeguards; however, no system is 100% secure. Use at your own risk.

5. Disclaimers

• Estimates and calculations are for informational purposes only and are not financial, tax or legal advice.
• The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

6. Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profit-Scanner and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
